I also started doing prenatal yoga after getting lectured by Nick that it will make me feel better and more energized through out the day. He was right but man oh man am I out of shape. I used to be able to do some or those crazy yoga moves before and now moves like "mountain pose" are hard. For the past 2 weeks, my breathing has been really short so this is really going to help me regulate it. It's weird how your body changes so fast. Once it starts getting warmer outside I'll be waking Lilu as well, but until then it's gonna be 50 mins of yoga at least 3 times a week. I have to do it not only for Nick and myself, but for our growing baby that needs me to be active. Until next time.
